This is to certify, that Dr Chas Robinson is the Proprietor of one Share of SIX LOTS in the CITY OF RILEY, Kansas Territory, to be drawn by a committee of three men, equally dividing all first and second class Lots from front to rear and a good and sufficient title to be given as soon as it can be obtained from Government.
