Contract, D.S. Chapson commissioned by John Bayless

Contract, Highland Hotel leased to Elliot Irvin

This contract documented the lease agreement between John Bayless, owner of the Highland Hotel, and Elliot Irvin, lessee. Receipt, sale of Hotel share
