Letter, Fred. Law Olmsted to James Burnett Abbott, Esq. Author: Olmsted, Frederick Law Date: October 24, 1855 Frederick Law Olmstead wrote a short note from New York to James Abbott in Lawrence, Kansas Territory, confirming the shipment of the howitzer and its accessories.
