Report, Robert Simerwell to the American Baptist Publication Society Author: Simerwell, Robert W. Date: May 1860 Robert Simerwell, a missionary for the American Baptist Publication Society, sent this report to the national headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Although he had been suffering with an illness, Simerwell still managed to distribute some religious literature. He was also planning on attending an organizational meeting for a church on Mission Creek, and he seemed encouraged by Kansan's eagerness to participate in Sunday School.
