Correspondence, Champion Vaughan to S.O. Thacher, et al Author: Vaughan, Champion Date: July 7, 1859 Vaughan, editor of the Leavenworth Times, wrote this letter soon after the convention convened to introduce and lend his support to three "Delegates elect from Southern Nebraska to the Kansas Convention."
