Moneka Woman's Rights Association, Secretary's book Author: Moneka Woman's Rights Association Date: 1858--1860 The secretary's book contains the minutes of the Moneka Woman's Rights association. It also contains the organization's preamble, constitution, and list of members. Members were both male and female. Officers were elected quarterly. Most meetings consisted of an address and also discussion of a question, both related to women's rights issues.
