Agreement, between Pomeroy and Theodore Hyatt Author: No authors specified. Date: June 29, 1857 "This agreement made this 29th day of June 1857 Between Samuel C. Pomeroy of the City of Atchison Kansas Territory. . .and Theodore Hyatt of the City of New York" addressed the conveyance of certain portions of city lots in Atchison and other land to the latter, as well as "one half of said Pomeroy's interest in the Squatter Sovereign," etc. In exchange Pomeroy received several thousand dollars.
