Letter, Edw. [Edward] Hoogland to Thos. N. Stinson
Author: Hoogland, Edward
Date: January 21, 1857

Edward Hoogland, writing from Dundee, Yates County, New York, expressed his views on how to turn Tecumseh, Kansas Territory into a "flourishing" town. He suggested to Thomas N.
