Worcester County Kanzas League promotional brochure Author: Hale, Edward Everett, 1822-1909 Date: February 13, 1855 This circular letter was written by Edward E. Hale on behalf of the Worcester County Kanzas League. It was probably affiliated with the New England Emigrant Aid Company as many of the officers are the same. The document provided detailed information about how emigrants would get to Kansasand tips for settling once they got there. He also provided information on how to support the League through the purchase of stock.
