The Lykins or Robitaille Float Author: Moore, Ely Date: May 14, 1857 This printed form was sent to the agent of the New England Emigrant Aid Company to inform him of a land claim by Robert Robitaille, a Wyandot Indian, to a portion of the city of Lawrence. It was sent by the General Land Office in Lecompton, Kansas Territory, and was signed by Ely Moore, register and William Brindle, receiver. William Lykins and Achilles Ward are mentioned in the description of the property being disputed.
